Describe the bug
Setting the Default object color preference doesn't change the toolbar icon color until QuPath is restart.

To Reproduce
See description.

Expected behavior
Default object color is represented in the toolbar icons.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: All
  • QuPath Version: 0.4.1

Additional context
Directly relates to #1202 - same fix should apply.
