'Transform annotations' isn't applied when double-clicking to end the transform

Describe the bug
The behavior of 'Transform annotations' is sometimes unexpected, in that the transform isn't applied.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an annotation
2. Rotate with with *Transform annotations(
3. Double-click the background
4. Choose to apply transform to 'Selected annotations'
5. See the bug - the transform isn't applied

Expected behavior
Transform should be applied to selected annotations.

Screenshots
The issue is that the annotations are deselected immediately after double-clicking the background... and so there are no selected annotations at the point the transform should be applied.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: All
• QuPath Version: v0.4.2

Additional context
The bug doesn't occur:

• If you press 'Enter' to apply the transform
• If you choose 'All annotations' rather than 'Selected annotations'
