we have noticed that this program does not work well with the current version of libreJS - would you be interested in patches to support libreJS users?

yes!

I have no objections to the small tags (// @license, etc), but I don't want several kb of boilerplate license text in each script

(I'm curious how will you deal with the minified javascript containing multiple licenses, given it's dynamically generated based on configuration!!)

as a note I have gone and replaced the only bit of js in the codebase with an unclear license: the base64 routines

it was some weird thing, I have replaced it with an MIT licensed version of the same thing
