Issue: Incorrect dates for some years

The program seems to be producing incorrect dates for the years 2033, 2036, 2041 and 2044.
Some of the incorrect dates may be due to lunar months, but otherwise the actual date is either the previous or next Friday.
Need to resolve both.

Pointer Date: 20 June
Program Date: 17 June
Holiday Date: 24 June

2036
Tangaroa Period: 17 - 20 July
Pointer Date: 18 June
Program Date: 20 June
Holiday Date: 18 July

Pointer Date: 22 June

The date for 2044 has been resolved in 80f3eb3, Matariki couldn't occur before the 19th of June according to the 19th June rule
