• Hard to find information
• Various navigation utilities

Possible Solutions

Port to another CMS: SharePoint or Drupal
Implement 'from scratch' <- chosen option as it provides the least restrictions

Requirements

• Responsive design
• Reduce page clutter
• Retain organizational branding
• WCAG/508 compliant
• Retain as much content as possible

• Parse through XML sitemap to refactor current tabular sitemap
• Make BLS header sticky and hide DOL header upon scrolling for large screens
• Make Regional Area graphics responsive
