Header in BIOLOGY table in Report.sso is being revised along with changes to the content of that table for models that don't include length-based maturity or fecundity.

This PR updates to the new names for all earlier Stock Synthesis versions as well. Merging these changes will facilitate testing the SS3 changes without making the workflow grab an r4ss branch.
