pool:* meta-tags showing up as gentags #1130

Several pools show up as general tags in the tag search, such as pool #2778. It’s listed with a post count of 13688 ATM, but according to the pool search, is has 13800 posts ATM.

Other pools don't show up as gentags in the tag search, such as pool #6724.

This is allowed because it allows related tags to be calculated. 0 count metatags are culled but ones like these will last awhile.
