Do not show flagger's username to uploader

As has been discussed in the forums, you shouldn't see who flagged your own uploads, because it would create unnecessary tension. It might also be a good measure to nip any thoughts of power abuse by mod+ in the bud. Sure, it's easily circumvented by asking someone else to tell you, but that other person would become aware that you're after the flagger, so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't happen.
