Sometimes the generated netlist can contain duplicated subcircuits for example if the same device from user and system library is used. With Ngspice >= 31 such netlist cannot be simulated and simulator throws error message. The reason of error is not clear from this error message. It's need to provide a way to prevent generation of the netlist with duplicated .SUBCKT entries.

The PR#640 implements library search priority. Now all paths are relative. This issue normally should not appear anymore. Closing as completed.
