To reproduce:

  • Start a 3-node cluster. Using the umbrella this involves running make NODES=3 start-cluster
  • Run this script to set up the appropriate federated queues and HA policies. The PATH and node names will have to be tweaked at the top.
  • Restart the cluster make NODES=3 stop-cluster; make NODES=3 start-cluster
  • End result:

federation-status-after-restart

Turns out only the all-queue queue is needed. Repro script updated.
