This looks good but I had to do a mvn install in the JMS client repo first to make it pick up the most recent snapshot. We'll have to address this as part of adding this client to Concourse, so it's not a deal breaker for this PR.

Added the snapshot repo to the POM file in eb0fe33, mvn install of the JMS client shouldn't be necessary anymore.
