Would it be possible to have a rabbitmqctl command to set a mirrored queue slave (in a specific vhost on a specific node of a cluster) to be the master queue, without having to restart any nodes? We are working on a recovery strategy for node failures and network partitions in a RabbitMQ cluster (specifically, across multiple AWS availability zones (not geographic regions, just AZs)). Thank you.
