Otherwise in scripts/tests we get a crash
(This test file was created for a different bug, but shouldn't harm)
Thunderbird can't display it due to a 14 years old bug

Related to racke/Template-Flute#43
The makefile.pl sets a not-yet-released requirement for Template::Flute.
It also comes with an updated manifest file, and a new testfile for checkboxes (which was created previously but not committed)
