missing git tag for release 0.9.5

git tag required to fetch tar.gz files, please tag this version

Odd versions are not released, last release is 0.9.4, i just bump it after every release, odd numbers means development version and you can check in 'r2 -v' and r2 -V to see how many commits there are after the last tagged release.

As you may see, the development tarball doesnt comes with the commit hash. I may probably change this for development versions.
