Component to add key to known_hosts

Yes, this could be done by rsconf in a component. I can help with this. Create an issue in rsconf. For now do it by hand. It won't get deleted.

If this could be extended to support arbitrary users it would be useful for setting up jumphosts

nvm misread known_hosts for authorized_keys

I think it could be generalized to apply this patch or append this to a file. It could be specific, but local files seems like it would be more useful.
