Describe alternatives you've considered
consider
radondb/xenon#154

resolve it by modify mysql container livness probe
touch /var/lib/mysql/auto.cnf , when io hang, or readonly , liveness probe will fail, k8s will recreate the container,
so xenon will switch the leader.
