S3C-Latent paper

This page provides a development version of R package for S3C-Latent, all necessary R scripts used in the simulation including the data.

1. Folder "R package" contains a development version of an R package s3clatent, implementing a causal discovery method S3C-Latent. Once the first stable version ready, its feature will be included and merged to the R package stablespec which available at CRAN.

2. Folder "R scripts" contains R scripts used for simulation. Note that, all examples in the simulation were performed in parallel computation.

3. Folder "data" contains thhe corresponding data sets.
