update gif in the README

and more over , shouldn't that generate read me come after config options?

This feature lets you to restore the form using a downloaded backup(JSON) file.

The reset button is meant for resetting the form.

You can convert video to gif using Ezgif Converter.

Please try to do this as soon as possible. This issue is pending for a long time now.
