Show defaults of cli options

Problem Definition

As seen in #1032 users (obviously) don't know the default values of the various cli options (esp. listen addresses, ports, etc.)

Solution

Show the defaults on cli options that are non-trivial.
click handily supports this with the show_default=True parameter.
