Revise the milestones so that they plan for the quickest route to a minimal viable product. I.e. usability, key handling, channel opening, UI might be more important than updating the transport layer or routing algorithm.

What is the maximum acceptable setup effort for a user/user application? Should it be boxed or an installable library?

  • minimal effort onboarding: "automate all the stuff that can be automated"
  • have a "boxed" installer for a usable "service daemon", generalized for at least common GNU/Llinux distributions, OS X

#179

Q: Will there be a end-user interface?

Yes, have a minimal JS/HTML based UI as an example. Try to cooperate with volunteers.

How will routing be solved in the MVP? Global view, or different strategy?

  • new routing strategy is out of scope for MVP (since scaling issues are unknown at this point)

In the last dev update, you mentioned Raiden MVP's expected release date is around March 2017. I am wondering what's the latest on the progress?
