Can't Unlock Fusion Krastorio 2

Description

I have been playing Krastorio 2 and have really enjoyed it but have fun into an issue where I can't unlock fusion. I have an intergalactic transceiver set up but need more power for it to charge. It is possible to add more power to my grid in other ways, but going to Fusion then Antimatter would be awesome.
