password:digest option for generators isn't documented

This option was added in 3008994 / #9699. There's a changelog entry, but the only other place I've seen it referenced is in Sam Ruby's book (and he's obviously the one that wrote the feature). Even running a rails generate scaffold/model --help makes no mention of it.
