Fix search input's type & placeholder conflict in Routing Error page

Summary

Some browsers are returning -webkit-appearance: searchfield for <input type="search"> and place "Search" string under placeholder of input. So this PR overwrite browser's '-webkit-appearance' as 'textfield'.
