This addition will allow the USAGE files generated by the 'generator' generator to embed Ruby code, allowing the resultant generator to modify its help message depending on the context in which it was invoked.
I've now found myself missing this functionality in my 3rd generator-heavy app, so I thought maybe my edge case wasn't so "edge". Hence the pull request.
