Any chances to see the 29.2 binary release for those who do not use Homebrew?

I don't think emacs-mac 29.2 has been released by the upstream developer yet (because it's still on the "work" branch rather than master: https://bitbucket.org/mituharu/emacs-mac/branches/)

Yes, as @frou says, there is no release from upstream for 29.2 (and the 29.3 yesterday) yet.

We can see commits and merges into the upstream work branch, but for some reason Mr. Yamamoto, the developer of Emacs mac port, did not make a release. Currently I will still recommend install with Homebrew formula with --HEAD if you want to use newer version than 29.1-mac-10.0.

I will try to make a Github Action task to build a weekly/bi-weekly snapshot and put them into pre-release. However this will be limited by CPU type and macOS version of Github Action runners.

The author has made commits for 29.2 and 29.3 to the "work" branch. I'm not sure whether that means the work is incomplete, but at least it's a sign of his still working on the project.

Similar to last time (29.1) probably. He is a busy professor so we need to be patient.

We should maybe just skip to 29.3, given the security patch (once it's available in upstream)

I'd built 29.3 from the snapshot of upstream bitbucket (already merged to 29.3 on "work" branch), or original 29.3 source with 29.1-mac-10.0 patch distributed at ftp://ftp.math.s.chiba-u.ac.jp/emacs/ (will have one conflict point, but easy to resolve).
Seems to work good for now.
