Saving the page for the first time by highlighting a text does not add the bookmark to the last used collection

Steps:

1. Use these settings:
   
2. Go to https://github.com/raindropio/app
3. Click the extension icon (it will automatically save due to previously set settings)
4. Select a collection
5. Click "Remove" button
6. Go to https://github.com/raindropio/app
7. Instead of clicking the extension icon, select any text on the page and highlight by right clicking

Expected:
Collection should be set to the collection selected in step 4

Actual:
Collection becomes unsorted
