Stop developing NOVA builds as extensions

Google in January 2023 will disable the ability to update extensions using Manifest v2.

I tried updating the manifest to v3. But was unsuccessful.

It is likely that the current version the last one published on the chrome web store. UPD: The extension will be unavailable in the store.

To fix this, you will probably have to change the architecture of the extension or the assembly method. But I am no longer interested in it.
