To install in Chrome

Use the chrome extension from the Google webstore: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/readable-twitter/lckhhllpfhfhkoclilbgcoinfkgbledh

To install using GreaseMonkey in FireFox

Install GreaseMonkey first
