libtorrent/rtorrent does not honour -i flag #19

rtorrent does not honour the -i flag at all.
I have multiple interfaces and the main interface is used to seed/download.

it says it binds to the ip but it does not.
other programs (irssi) binds correctly

rtorrent honor -b flag. thanks for the /silent/ update to rtorrent/libtorrent for bindoption to interface/ip.
