Feature Request (true Chunks view over XMLRPC API)

Hello Jari,

as written in my email:

The rutorrent devs would need the real Chunks view transmitted over XMLRPC, i posted my wish here: http://forums.rutorrent.org/index.php?topic=1356.0

For me this is a essential feature when seeding! With this view i can determine superseeding or not and how many bad leechers ive got.

So right now im seeding from a server in the web, and localy "watching" it with Vuze just to have the Chunks View

I hope you can add this wish to your tasklist, im shure there are many people out there wishing this feature!
