Is the module safe if Profile is not activated?

It is safe. In that case the user name is shown for the copyright if copyright field is empty.

But the copyright is empty if profile is active and the field realname is empty!

with zikula/core#3889 also this is done. Now I have to update my own code where I recreate the headline.
