CPgeneProfiler v2.1.1 release

An R package to "CPgeneProfiler" was created to profile the Carbapenamase genes in genome assemblies. This is going to be the v2.1.1 release of this Rpackage

Updates:

Modularization of single function to multiple functions
Added more flexibility to each function
Changed the database from ARG-ANNOT to NCBI Bacterial AMR Reference Gene Database

CPgeneProfiler v2.1.0 release

An R package to "CPgeneProfiler" was created to profile the Carbapenamase genes in genome assemblies. This is going to be the v2.1.0 release of this Rpackage

Updates:

1. Heatmap colors are changed
2. User can decide to download the ARG-annot database
3. User has to provide the both path to input fasta files as well as path to database location which is different from passing only path to input fasta files in the previous release
