Split of #28

Upgrades in a multi-node environment. After machines are bootstrapped, the test suite should try to upgrade the nodes with the ManagedOs resource and also manually from the cli

Is the manual step identical to the one in #43?

Is updated part done in #133? WIth osImage but not ManagedOS, I will check this. Yes, this part is done in #122 and #133.

Manual part still needed, keep only #43 for this.
