Now we have supported RPi image, I think we should support a rancheros-armv8.iso for ARM server.

I have an odroid-c2 that I could test on.

We will ship ARM Server support in 1.5.0, but it is experimental and we are unable to do a full test for the time being.
If anyone needs to build related files, just run make on an ARM server.
Currently, I use qemu-aarch64 for testing, booting from kernel can work.

Tested with RancherOS version- v1.5.0-rc2(Kernel Version: 4.14.85-rancher).
This version supports ARM Server, I have verified the run and shutdown system as well as simple commands.
