T-Systems Driver Issues

We're adding the T-Systems driver to UI and are facing some issues with the driver itself. The driver will randomly error out causing the docker-machine create process to hang. The only way to recover this from this error is to completely remove the driver and re-add from the ui or restarting/killing process on the docker machine. T-Systems is looking into this but we should not merge the PR's until this is complete.
