Proposed Changes
Updates the CPI chart to support the official 1.23 image and 1.24.
Types of Changes
This is a chart update for the vSphere CPI chart.
Verification
Install RKE2 with the rancher-vsphere cloud provider enabled and see the correct version of the CPI image deployed. 1.23 should now report 1.23 and 1.24 should report 1.23.
