DefaultReflectionPredicate.doNotUseSpecialCase() conditions need to be refined #225

The conditions in DefaultReflectionPredicate.doNotUseSpecialCase are testing against Method.getName() even though they are type specific. For instance, several Exception methods are excluded by name. Most of these are very specific names and not likely to show up in a class-under-test, but it is possible that a method could be incorrectly be excluded if it happens to have the same name as one of these special cases.
