Minor versions for create and update

Hi

Thanks for the greeat work on this lib. We needed to be able to use a feature only supported by the minor versions listed here.

So we added the ability to optionally pass in a minor version number for update and create operations. I'd appreciate it if you could merge in if you are happy with the change.
