This repository includes the input extraction from MIMIC-III for the Master thesis Patient data representation for outcome prediction. In this project, we use MIMIC-III data which can be accessed through this link : https://mimic.physionet.org/ In order to use this repo, MIMIC-III should be setup in local computer. The following link will be helpful for this : https://mimic.physionet.org/tutorials/install-mimic-locally-windows/
