I created a basic ring, defined it as a custom geometry, and when applied to the wall, it became deformed and offset, sometimes failing to create a model. I use the latest version of the plugin, and I reported this issue a few years ago.

You need to make sure the window or custom geometry you are adding has a rectangular border with 4 vertices that will then be connected to the hole made on a face
I made the window and ensured that there were 4 points on the periphery, but it eventually caused an offset, and changing the number of parameters in the bottom left corner did not work. Is the plugin I am using the latest version, Blender 4.1 and Windows 11, related to the software runtime environment. building 0516.zip
