Project attribute doesnt recognize a todo if its above a todo with a threshold tag

Bug Report

**App Version:**2.0.11

Platform: macOS

Installation Method: homebrew

Expected Behavior:
I expect the project attributes to have a +1 for a project

Actual Behavior:
There is no +1 for a project

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the app.
2. Paste the following todos seen in this code block into your todo.txt:

2024-02-21 entry 1 +bug
2024-02-21 entry2 due:2024-03-20 +bug rec:+1m pri:A t:2024-03-18

3. Have threshold date in future toggle off
