MSF Not compatible with Ruby 3.0.0p0 #14743

This is the following error, Metasploit is not compatible with it

pcaprub-0.13.0 requires ruby version ~> 2.0, which is incompatible with the current version, ruby 3.0.0p0

This issue appears to be related to Ruby 3.0.0. At this time Metasploit does not support Ruby 3.0.0.
Please try using Ruby 2.7.x with Metasploit.
