Login form incorrectly asks for email address #12

The login form asks for an email, but will only login successfully with a username.

We use emails as the usernames on all accounts, which Django is somewhat obnoxious about, but that's why things work they way they do.

(we do often have one superuser account that isn't tied to an email address, but that use is fairly clear for the devs)
