Revert back to original keymap (Hat tip to BBEdit)

Mac OS X: Command-Option-Shift-F
Windows: Control-Alt-Shift-F
Linux: Control-Alt-Shift-F

I was a long time BBEdit user back in the day, and that was the key
command for formatting code.
