Make the shell language parser not suck

The current parser for the shell sucks and is already becoming unruly in it's early stage, it needs a complete revamp and I'm not even certain if it should be done in Rust, I was thinking myself or someone else could give it a crack in either Rust, Haskell, Ocaml, or something similar.
