👋 Introduction:

Hi there! I'm John Christian Cabrera, a passionate Customer Support Specialist at ClickUp with a keen interest in software development. I'm currently honing my skills to transition into a Fullstack Developer role. I love solving problems and making users' lives easier, and I'm excited to apply these skills to building robust and user-friendly applications.

🚀 Projects:

  • PrinTrail: Developed custom workflows using ClickUp features to streamline customer support processes for "PrinTrail," a landing page with ClickUp Forms for collecting printing details and delivering them to customers' homes, resulting in a 20% increase in team efficiency.
  • ReInventory: Created an online inventory system to track sales and manage inventory, featuring a user-friendly interface and real-time tracking of items.
  • Fi Lestorage: Developed a file storage upload system similar to Google Drive for managing and storing files online. The system allows users to upload, organize, and access files with a user-friendly interface and real-time tracking of uploaded items.
  • Personal Portfolio: Built a personal portfolio website to showcase my projects and skills as I learn more about web development.
