The proj install script created the gdal install directory so a test for just that is not sufficient.

Changes in GDAL 3.0.1 and/or PROJ 6.1.1 are causing some new test failures (compared to GDAL 3.0.0 and PROJ 6.1.0 on my computer). I'm going to let that matrix row fail and address the regressions after. I'm perplexed by some strange problems on the xenial distro: PROJ and GDAL build but there's a segfault when collecting rasterio tests for older GDAL versions. Same rasterio code, same python versions. It's not happening in the Fiona project, where we are not building PROJ from source. |
