@snowman2 @vincentsarago I've also added a CI job that build a wheel with numpy 2.0.0rc1 and tests the wheel with numpy 1.23.5. Yes? No? |

Last 1.3 release, to make sure that we have wheels out there that will work with Numpy 2.0.
Note to self: Python 3.8 wheels for the release will have to be built with Numpy<2.
