6 months ago: 6c5d4a7

mob_item_ratio.txt in the main db folder works, but not the one in the import folder.

some import stuffs with mob* dbs aren't working well. (where's the bug report that listed the issued import dbs? hmm)
and forgot, why I dropped to continue fix it. 😝

I see. I'm guessing that one of those other bugs is when you transfer an official mob to the import folder to change some of its stats, the mob will no longer cast skills.
