feat(tags): add search tag

This PR adds a tag named search with aliases searchit and askgoogle.

If you have any question that you wanted to ask to people, search it first. There's might be an answer to your question in the Internet if you take the effort to search it.

Here's list of search engines to use:

• Google of course.
• DuckDuckGo if you're question is programmer-ish.
• Phind, like DDG except it's AI with an explanation. Not recommended for people who are allergic to AI.
